spendino provides integrated mobile and internet fundraising solutions for Non-Profit Organizations, and charities in Germany which are not doing fundraising yet, due to high initial setup costs and processing costs.

spendino enables donations via Short Message Service (SMS) and assists charities to enhance their donation income and media-savvy. With its mobile Micropayment Service spendino increases the donation volume in Germany by including young people in the target group of potential donators. Special digital tools, like Widgets and Apps for Social Networks (OpenSocial, F8), attract young donators. The spendino-SMS Service can be promoted perfectly at events (soccer matches, concerts), points-of-interests (Festival of Lights Berlin) and media campaigns (Online, TV and Out-of-home).

In addition to the mobile bill, spendino issues donation receipts (for tax refund) and supports the charities in customer communication via web and mobile channels to provide a best-in-class customer experience and to extend customer lifetimes.

Business Angels and Mobile Entrepreneurs are supporting the management team, consisting of three founders. Sascha Schubert (37, CEO) holds a university degree in business administration. After his post-graduation from the University Duisburg-Essen he worked for the "Bundesverband Deutscher Volks- und Betriebswirte e.V".for five years. Martin Mueller (30, CTO) started his career at Siemens Automation & Drives. In 2005 he joined the Jamba GmbH, where he was in charge of operations and further technical development in different continents (e.g. Asia, America). He also holds a degree in computer science of the University of Applied Science Giessen-Friedberg and a Master of Business and Engineering (MBE) of Steinbeis-University Berlin. Florian Noell (26, CMO) studied Business Administration at "Freie Universität Berlin" and Entrepreneurship at Berlin School of Economics. At the age of fifteen he started a web-development company and has remained an entrepreneur ever since.
